Rural Drainage Corridor Survey – Valle Verde

Topographic profiling for a 12 km drainage channel in hilly terrain

This project involved a full topographic survey of a 12-kilometer drainage corridor through the Valle Verde region. Using robotic total stations and GNSS base stations, our team captured over 8,000 elevation points across steep slopes and seasonal creek beds. The resulting digital terrain model enabled engineers to design a gravity-fed drainage system with optimal flow gradients. We also provided cross-section profiles at 50-meter intervals and identified three critical erosion zones requiring reinforcement. The final report was delivered in GIS-compatible formats for integration with civil design software.

Boundary Demarcation for Municipal Register – Cerro Alto

Certified land boundary survey for 45 rural parcels

We were contracted by the municipal land registry to demarcate and certify boundaries for 45 adjacent parcels in the Cerro Alto district. The survey involved historical deed research, field reconnaissance, and precise measurement using dual-frequency GPS receivers. We resolved three long-standing boundary disputes by comparing original metes-and-bounds descriptions with our field measurements. Permanent brass monuments were set at all corner points, and a comprehensive boundary map was submitted for official registration. The project was completed within the regulatory deadline and passed municipal review without corrections.

Geodetic Control Network for Solar Farm – Llanos del Sol

Establishment of a first-order geodetic network over 200 hectares

For the Llanos del Sol solar farm development, we established a first-order geodetic control network covering 200 hectares of open plain. The network consisted of 12 permanent concrete monuments with forced-centering plates, observed using static GNSS sessions of 4 hours per point. We achieved horizontal accuracy better than 5 mm and vertical accuracy within 10 mm relative to the national datum. The control network served as the basis for all subsequent staking of solar panel rows, access roads, and substation foundations. Our deliverables included a full adjustment report, coordinate list, and metadata for integration with the client's CAD environment.
